The dispersal sale at Upper Kathlea Farm is brought about by the dissolution of the farming partnership. DIRECTIONS
From Abergavenny take the Old Ross Road (B4521) and continue for 2.5 miles. Upon reaching the village of Llanvetherine take the turning left. Continue a further 1 mile and upon reaching the T junction bear right. After a further 1/2 mile you will arrive at the sale location. From Pontrilas continue on the A465 past Wern Gifford (heading towards Abergavenny), then take the next left and continue for 1.5 mile, take a right towards Llangattock Lingoed (small triangle at turning) and continue for 1.7 mile, continue through Llangattock Lingoed past the Hunters Moon Inn and continue straight at the top of the rise (do not follow the road around to the right). (HGVs to follow directions from Abergavenny only). ‘TO THE SALE’ signs will be located in the vicinity.

SETTLEMENT AND CLEARANCE
Settlement in full is due immediately at the close of the sale, Cash, Personal Debit Card, Cheques or Bank Transfer. Credit Cards not accepted. To avoid embarrassment, prospective purchasers unknown to the Auctioneers are advised to make contact prior to the sale day. Please check items are forward for sale before travelling long distance. A ‘Buyer Number’ system shall be in operation; all prospective buyers must register at the sale prior to bidding. Title does not transfer until payment is made in full.
